A wonderful, friendly ride! We had a WONDERFUL experience riding with Alex! Despite our flight being a bit late then the wait for our checked bag he met us with a smile and friendly demeanor at the Welcome Bar. He took us right to his vehicle, an Escalade, which was clean and very comfortable. He had complimentary water and beverages available and you could control the temperature independently. While the drive to Tulum isn't short, it was a breeze! He even gave us tips and pointed out landmarks along the way. Thank you so much!

Great service We arrived at the Tulum airport and took Dlux to the city and then at the end of our trip from Tulum to Cancun airport. 5 Star Experience Only good things to say about DLUX and Alex our driver. Easy reservation system and communication on Whatsapp, Had a picture and confirmation of where to go upon landing at the airport. Cars are nice and had water and beer for the ride.

Tulum airport to Palmar Beach Resort and Spa Alex was a great host to us while driving. He was waiting right at door 2 and we were immediately taken to our private vehicle and off to the resort. He had cold drinks, interesting stories and made a tour out of the trip as we passed resorts, parks, and restaurants with recommendations included. It was a comfortable ride for 2 in the SUV and overall great experience for our first trip into the new Tulum airport.
