Excellent, professional Our driver Alex was professional, understanding, and made the start of our trip amazing. He gave excellent tips to the area on the way to our airbnb. Was patient with us when one of our friends got lost in the cancun airport system as well. Would recommend taking his service over other gouging taxi services in cancun

Tulum to Playa del Carmen Alex met us at the airport and was very polite and knowledgeable. Our ride was from airport to Playa del Carmen, about hour and a half, and it flew by very quickly. The car was clean and comfortable, a nice upgrade from an economy seats in the plane 🙂

Comfortable ride and professional drivers Andres was already waiting for us at the airport when we got through customs. He greeted us with the logo sign and the company provided us with a picture of him so we could recognize him through the crowd. A wonderful, friendly ride! We had a WONDERFUL experience riding with Alex! Despite our flight being a bit late then the wait for our checked bag he met us with a smile and friendly demeanor at the Welcome Bar. He took us right to his vehicle, an Escalade, which was clean and very comfortable. He had complimentary water and beverages available and you could control the temperature independently. While the drive to Tulum isn't short, it was a breeze! He even gave us tips and pointed out landmarks along the way. Thank you so much!
