VIP Service Alex was a absolute delight he was very kind and professional. My BF arranged a special treat for our ride to our hotel with champagne and Alex was super patient even when our flight was delayed. Couldn’t have asked for a better first experience of Tulum and set the mood for our trip. Thanks Alex for taking photos and the pit stops along the way.

Comfortable ride and professional drivers Andres was already waiting for us at the airport when we got through customs. He greeted us with the logo sign and the company provided us with a picture of him so we could recognize him through the crowd. He talked about Tulum, its conservation strategies, things to do and places to visit. Andres was professional, friendly, and humble. We will book with Dlux again. Thank you Andres.

A hassle free, white-glove experience After a week of having a difficult time with transportation, Dlux provided us with a breath of fresh air. Our driver Alejandro arrived promptly on time (with an upgraded vehicle from what he had booked) and provided us with a comfortable ride on our way out. Next time we visit Mexico we will absolutely be using DLUX transportation services. I cannot recommend them enough.

Friendly, Reliable and Great Service I absolutely loved DLUX!!! Excellent Quality Service! When my hotel cancelled on me 4 days before my trip and my new hotel never responded to my requests for transportation I reached out to DLUX in a panic. Alejandro was so nice and helpful. He made it sound like it was no big deal that I was reaching on such a short notice. Once I landed in Tulum communication on WhatsApp between myself and our driver Mario was great. He was very friendly and super helpful and gave us great tips. When we needed transportation to Xcaret he mentioned he could get that set up for us. Our driver for that trip Abraham was so energetic and happy. When I return again, I will DEFINITELY be using this company

Bachelorette Ride What an incredible experience from beginning to end! David welcomed our bachelorette group on time, even as we were very delayed and had our personalized sign. The service was excellent, and on our ride back our driver was ready at the perfect time and communication was excellent. Airport transfer Alex was amazing; waiting for our family as soon as we left customs. Ease of transition is big when traveling with kids and everything was perfect. Nice, up-to-date luxury vehicle; all the drinks you could want. If you are looking for a nice private transfer (esp since most hotels are pretty far from airport); this is it!!!

Reliable and responsive! Very responsive, on time, reliable. Monitored our flight and driver was waiting when we arrived.

Additionally my party was coming in 2 flights that were originally arriving at similar times. When delays separated the flights, Alejandro quickly adjusted and helped me arrange another van and driver for the latter arriving party!

Transfer to Villa in Tulum Great driver, stopped to let us get refreshments and showed where to eat. Alex was great! He waited for us to get through customs after a 6 hr delay.
