							Return price wasn’t honored I booked the return trip through WhatsApp and the vendor jacked the price. Not what was quoted on their website. I contacted the vendor and he said he would refund me the $20, he deleted the conversation on WhatsApp, we had already departed and given the driver a nice tip ( not his fault) I booked through WhatsApp because the return trip was not listed through TripAdvisor.

							Incredible start to trip Abraham has been an incredible shuttle driver for our annual girls trip transportation from the Cancun airport to Unico 2087.  He was very informative of what to look out for upon our arrival and very friendly upon greeting us.  He was super responsive to every WhatsApp message he initiated and I sent back.  We are requesting him for our return trip since booked roundtrip with DLux.  Thanks for starting our trip off on the right note.

							Great, private transportation in Cancun! My husband and I have traveled to Cancun several times but this was our first time using DLUX Transport. Upon arrival, I realized I mistakenly selected the wrong arrival date for pickup. Alejandro was happy to help and quickly arranged my pickup within 15 mins. Our pickup driver, Octavio, was professional and our drop-off driver, Alex, was prompt and friendly. The vehicles were roomy suvs (Ford Expedition and Cadillac Escalade), well maintained and I will definitely use them again!

He was polite and ready for us at the airport for pick up and then ready in advance for our trip back to the airport. He provided riveting conversation and a safe drive for both rides. It was super easy to book and communication via WhatsApp was extremely easy.

					The best transportation service! Our first time using Dlux and they were excellent! Best transportation service I’ve used in the Cancun area. Danny took us from the airport to hotel and Alex from the hotel to airport and they were both amazing. Friendly, courteous, on time and great vehicles. We will gladly use them every time we come.

					Fantastic DLux Transport Service I have traveled quite a bit, and by far and away this was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a transportation service. The communication all the way up to arrival was fantastic. William, our driver was great. He stopped for us to get food because we were starving when we landed in Tulum. William was personable, drove great, and assisted us any way we needed. If I come back to Tulum DLux is definitely the car service I will use.

					Amazing journey! Alex picked us up at the terminals and he prepared beers & water for us! Loving his thoughtfulness. 



We were supposed to go straight to the hotel from airport but midway we were a little hungry, so he stopped at a local eatery for us to have a quick bite and the food was fantastic!

					Great employees and professional service! Great service! Highly recommended! My driver William was very knowledgeable made great recommendations for my trip. He was very pleasant and professional! I felt safe and welcomed by them. David made sure to check on me to make sure I wasn’t waiting for transportation and sent me a picture of William prior to meeting him. Their overall process is wonderful and communication is A+. 					Awesome Drive and Car Alex was an amazing driver and very professional. The Cadillac Escalade was very comfortable. The music list was the best!!!!! Cannot recommend and thank the company enough. Will recommend to anyone visiting.

					5 Star Experience Only good things to say about DLUX and Alex our driver. Easy reservation system and communication on Whatsapp, Had a picture and confirmation of where to go upon landing at the airport. Cars are nice and had water and beer for the ride.

					Amazing & Efficient Service Alex was an amazing host. He arrived at the resort earlier than the agreed to time. The private SUV was very clean and accommodating. Alex was a great driver and got us back to the airport safely and on time. Dlux is a great company and we will use them again!

					Super professional drivers for our large group My friends and I went to Tulum for a bachelorette and we wanted to have transportation for all the activities we had planned. We used DLUX Transfer and they were nothing but great! Our drivers Abraham, Alex and Arturo were so welcoming, friendly and very professional. They made this trip a lot easier! Will definitely use this company again when I come back to Tulum and Cancun!
