Easy transport Alex was amazing. Very professional, easy to use. Would recommend and will use again. Waiting for us outside of the airport and took us to buy groceries in the way to the resort.

Bachelorette Ride What an incredible experience from beginning to end! David welcomed our bachelorette group on time, even as we were very delayed and had our personalized sign. The service was excellent, and on our ride back our driver was ready at the perfect time and communication was excellent. DLux made our 2023-24 Tulum trip worry free! DLux is hands down the best, most trustworthy transfer company in the area. Got to their WhatsApp link and you’ll talk to Alejandro directly. We hired transfer from Cancun Intl to Tulum and back, and two night transfers in Tulum collecting us from the Airbnb and staying with us all night.

The drivers are attentive, kind, and bilingual. They won’t hesitate to provide tips and recommendations for an even better stay.

Prices are lower than competitors and the communication is so smooth!

Tulum airport to Palmar Beach Resort and Spa Alex was a great host to us while driving. He was waiting right at door 2 and we were immediately taken to our private vehicle and off to the resort. He had cold drinks, interesting stories and made a tour out of the trip as we passed resorts, parks, and restaurants with recommendations included. It was a comfortable ride for 2 in the SUV and overall great experience for our first trip into the new Tulum airport.

Tulum transportation, from Airport to our hotel Our Driver Abenamar was great, very courteous and knowledgeable about Tulum and it’s activities, very patient and willing to stop to buy beer and groceries

Please use them, it’s worth it and cheaper than taxis My experience with this company was nothing but great. We have one issue where our driver fell asleep and didnt come get us and we prepaid this company and they refunded us our money without a problem and paid for out taxi we had to get after not getting picked up

Your best option for private transfer in Tulum! Alex & Andres were great! Smooth pick up, nice car, and great communication the whole trip. They were even keeping an eye on traffic and reached out to let us know we should leave earlier so as not to miss our flight. Will use Dlux transfers again.
