VIP Service Alex was a absolute delight he was very kind and professional. My BF arranged a special treat for our ride to our hotel with champagne and Alex was super patient even when our flight was delayed. Couldn’t have asked for a better first experience of Tulum and set the mood for our trip. Thanks Alex for taking photos and the pit stops along the way.

Best shuttle in Cancun Andres was our driver for our anniversary trip to tulum. He was polite and ready for us at the airport for pick up and then ready in advance for our trip back to the airport. He provided riveting conversation and a safe drive for both rides. It was super easy to book and communication via WhatsApp was extremely easy.

They were always on-time and picked us up at anytime we needed to be picked up, as long as it was scheduled in advance! If the itinerary changes call and they will work it out!

We went to TULUM for my Bachelorette trip. I would highly recommend this company vs. renting a car and to avoid getting scammed by the police. We used them for the entire duration of our trip!

Comfortable ride and professional drivers Andres was already waiting for us at the airport when we got through customs. He greeted us with the logo sign and the company provided us with a picture of him so we could recognize him through the crowd. All Good Alex was waiting for me when I arrived at the airport. He is very nice and courteous, I told him I like reggae music and he gave me his phone so I could select a reggae station, I didn't expect this, his vehicle was nice and clean. I hope he takes me back to the airport when I leave

Great transportation for our honeymoon Alex was great! He arrived on time and sent us a photo of our vehicle so we could find him. He made a few stops for us and gave us recommendations for off resort places to eat and showed is around town foe main attractions before dropping us off. Great experience!
