A great ride with Alex! Alex drove my wife and me from Cancun airport to Playa Mujeres and everything went smooth as can be. Alex offered us refreshments, made great conversation (he has perfect English but he mixed it up knowing we are currently working on our Spanish), and got us to our destination quickly and safely. The best transportation service! Our first time using Dlux and they were excellent! Best transportation service I’ve used in the Cancun area. Danny took us from the airport to hotel and Alex from the hotel to airport and they were both amazing. Friendly, courteous, on time and great vehicles. We will gladly use them every time we come.

LUXURY & SAFE SERVICE 🙂 Alej and Danny were amazing!! I traveled to Mexico solo and they made me feel safe. The SUVs were clean & I typically get car sick so it was nice to ride higher up than the standard transfer sprinter. I will be using them any time I am in Mexico!

Please use them, it’s worth it and cheaper than taxis My experience with this company was nothing but great. We have one issue where our driver fell asleep and didnt come get us and we prepaid this company and they refunded us our money without a problem and paid for out taxi we had to get after not getting picked up

Fantastic service We had a great round trip experience with Andres and Alex. We booked the private SUV from Cancun to Tulum and they even stocked my favorite drink for the car ride! It was truly the best surprise for my bday and made our trip so enjoyable. Andres gave great suggestions on our way to Tulum for excursions, we wished he could have hung out longer! Alex was so professional, early for pick up and made our ride back comfortable, calming and pleasant. I highly recommend this service for your transportation!

Great ride, safe, kind! Alex is a wonderful driver!! Our luggage took quite a while to arrive but we were able to text via WhatsApp easily and he was so patient!!
