Amazing experience with Alex Amazing experience with Alex. What a polite gentleman who catered to our needs from the start to the end. He played amazing music the whole way which was an hour and half so yes it was definitely a fun ride.

All Good Alex was waiting for me when I arrived at the airport. He is very nice and courteous, I told him I like reggae music and he gave me his phone so I could select a reggae station, I didn't expect this, his vehicle was nice and clean. I hope he takes me back to the airport when I leave

Airport transfer to tulum DLUX Tranfer was an excellent experience from beginning to end. We used their services for an airport transfer from Cancun to Tulum. A wonderful, friendly ride! We had a WONDERFUL experience riding with Alex! Despite our flight being a bit late then the wait for our checked bag he met us with a smile and friendly demeanor at the Welcome Bar. He took us right to his vehicle, an Escalade, which was clean and very comfortable. He had complimentary water and beverages available and you could control the temperature independently. While the drive to Tulum isn't short, it was a breeze! He even gave us tips and pointed out landmarks along the way. Thank you so much!

Great experience Dany and Andres were both wonderful. Paid $200 round trip from Tulum airport to Tulum centro. The ride was comfortable and both drivers were great.

Great start to the holiday Alex met us as we came out of the customs hall with a lovely clear sign, ice cold water and beer for the ride and a good explanation of where we were en route. Very helpful with luggage and bonus recommendations for restaurants and bars as we went through the center of Tulum- a little private tour to start our holiday.

Fantastic DLux Transport Service I have traveled quite a bit, and by far and away this was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a transportation service. The communication all the way up to arrival was fantastic. William, our driver was great. He stopped for us to get food because we were starving when we landed in Tulum. William was personable, drove great, and assisted us any way we needed. If I come back to Tulum DLux is definitely the car service I will use.

Day tour with our Driver Alex to Chichen Itza , Cenote Ik Kil , Ek Balam and Cenote X‘Canche We had a wonderful day tour with Alex our driver. We all had a lots of fun and learned a lot about Mexico‘s culture and habits. We can only recommend
