BOOK WITH THEM!!!!! DLUX Transportation was excellent. No matter how packed your itinerary is they work with you. They are promptly on time and don't mind last minute requests. I had a group of 6 girls and we were often late ( don't recommend) but the drivers were so understanding and patient. They gave recommendations and safety tips. Great company, great drivers and reasonable pricing! I would recommend this for anyone traveling to Tulum!

Tulum airport to Palmar Beach Resort and Spa Alex was a great host to us while driving. He was waiting right at door 2 and we were immediately taken to our private vehicle and off to the resort. He had cold drinks, interesting stories and made a tour out of the trip as we passed resorts, parks, and restaurants with recommendations included. It was a comfortable ride for 2 in the SUV and overall great experience for our first trip into the new Tulum airport.

Abraham De La Cruz is the best! I had a 4:30 AM transfer from Tulum to Cancun Airport and Abraham was awesome. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and professional. Excellent Transfer Service - 5 Stars All Around! The transfer from TQO to beachside hotel and then hotel back to TQO was seamless both ways. The communication on Whatsapp was excellent - prompt and concise. Upon arrival our driver met us with a sign. It could not have been easier to find our ride once exiting. On the return from hotel to airport we were picked up on time by Alex who is an excellent driver. The cars are clean, comfortable and the drivers are helpful with bags, on time and efficient. 10/10 will hire again on our next trip to Tulum.

Tulum to Playa del Carmen Alex met us at the airport and was very polite and knowledgeable. Our ride was from airport to Playa del Carmen, about hour and a half, and it flew by very quickly. The car was clean and comfortable, a nice upgrade from an economy seats in the plane 🙂
