DLUX Escalade service with WiFi Cancun to Tulum We had Valentin & Alex. The Escalades were clean, the service was courteous. They were on time and brought water and beer. Smooth trip! The WiFi availability in the vehicle came in clutch. Will def use again.

Easy comfortable ride to Tulum Alex , our driver, was very courteous, polite & a great driver. Vehicle is comfortable & driver met us on time - we arrived a bit early so we had to reach out - communication was smooth. Cars a bit dated but still nice.

Excellent service by Alex, very patient After a long wait of almost 4 hours we arrived in Tulum and our driver Alex was waiting for us with a big smile. He greeted us and offered us water in his nice car and gave us recommendations

I had wonderful experience with them, service was EXCELLENT. DLux transport employees had excellent service, clean and comfortable vehicles. There was 14 of us i know that can be alot to handle but they were very attentive and patient with us. Also there prices were excellent.I would highly recommend DLUX for your transportation needs through Cancun and Tulum your next vacation.

Excellent service. Alex was very friendly and accommodating. We live off the beaten track and surprisingly he knew just where to go. SUV was nice and clean and everyone liked the music being played. Would highly recommend this company and we will be using them again.

Abraham Delacruz - Driver Abraham Delacruz was so kind, professional and thoughtful as our driver. He shared the history of Cancun and was on time to pick up and drop off. When we are back in Cancun would definitely like Abraham to be our driver.

Tulum to Playa del Carmen Alex met us at the airport and was very polite and knowledgeable. Our ride was from airport to Playa del Carmen, about hour and a half, and it flew by very quickly. The car was clean and comfortable, a nice upgrade from an economy seats in the plane 🙂

Friendly, Reliable and Great Service I absolutely loved DLUX!!! Excellent Quality Service! When my hotel cancelled on me 4 days before my trip and my new hotel never responded to my requests for transportation I reached out to DLUX in a panic. Alejandro was so nice and helpful. He made it sound like it was no big deal that I was reaching on such a short notice. Once I landed in Tulum communication on WhatsApp between myself and our driver Mario was great. He was very friendly and super helpful and gave us great tips. When we needed transportation to Xcaret he mentioned he could get that set up for us. Our driver for that trip Abraham was so energetic and happy. When I return again, I will DEFINITELY be using this company

Alex is excellent, great service. My wife and I booked the Luxury vehicle, Cadillac SUV. Car was mostly clean. We communicated ahead of time through WhatsApp, Alejandro was easy to work with. Our driver was Alex, he was very nice, patient, helpful with suggestions. He knew some English, we tried some Spanish, it worked. I'd recommend Alex as a driver.

Abraham from DLUX was the best! Abraham was fantastic. He was professional and friendly. Greeted us immediately with a warm smile and grabbed our bags. On the way to the resort he answered our questions and shared great information and recommendations. I would use Abraham and DLUX Transportation any time I’m in Mexico.

A wonderful welcome to Tulum Our drive from the airport to the resort was great! Alex had beverages for us in the car, told us about different landmarks along the way, and got us to our destination safely. We highly recommend his services!

Abraham De La Cruz is the best! I had a 4:30 AM transfer from Tulum to Cancun Airport and Abraham was awesome. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and professional. I felt very safe the entire drive, even in the middle of the night. I would recommend Abraham and DLUX transfers to anyone needing transport either in Tulum or Cancun.
