Tulum Private Airport Transfer

Alex is my new Primo….. Alex greeted us with a sign and a warm smile. Took our bags and off we went. He was very knowledgeable of the landscape, wildlife, and attractions. Very professional as well. He even had a different array of music for the ride

Clean, comfortable, safe Our van was clean and comfortable. Our driver David helped with luggage in and out of the van. David was a great driver, and he was nice and chill.

Reliable and kind drivers! William, Alex, and Valentin were amazing and so helpful during our trip to Cancun! They were kind, always on time, and very reliable over all. There was also always refreshments available to us if we needed them. If we had any questions, someone was readily available to us through WhatsApp. Will definitely be using them again if we come back!

Tulum airport to Palmar Beach Resort and Spa Alex was a great host to us while driving. He was waiting right at door 2 and we were immediately taken to our private vehicle and off to the resort. He had cold drinks, interesting stories and made a tour out of the trip as we passed resorts, parks, and restaurants with recommendations included. It was a comfortable ride for 2 in the SUV and overall great experience for our first trip into the new Tulum airport.

Good Experience. Alex was Fantastico. Our driver, Alex was fantastico. Arrived early, clean car, helpful with luggage, good driver, just the right amount of conversation.

Excellent service by Alex, very patient After a long wait of almost 4 hours we arrived in Tulum and our driver Alex was waiting for us with a big smile. He greeted us and offered us water in his nice car and gave us recommendations

Fantastic DLux Transport Service I have traveled quite a bit, and by far and away this was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a transportation service. The communication all the way up to arrival was fantastic. William, our driver was great. He stopped for us to get food because we were starving when we landed in Tulum. William was personable, drove great, and assisted us any way we needed. If I come back to Tulum DLux is definitely the car service I will use.

Professional drivers who speak English Danny, our driver, took us on 3 separate trips. Suburban large enough for my family of 4 & all our oversized luggage. He picked us up from the airport, waited with us for a good 45 minutes because we were having an issue with our Airbnb & he didn't want to leave us until we got inside. He then took us from our hotel in Cancun to Xcaret & brought us back 10 hours later. His English is EXCELLENT & he was friendly & knowledgeable. He came & found us at Xcaret, because we couldn't find him, & brought us to the SUV. He is the epitome of a professional driver. I highly recommend Dlux & their drivers.

Airport transfer Alex was amazing; waiting for our family as soon as we left customs. Ease of transition is big when traveling with kids and everything was perfect. Nice, up-to-date luxury vehicle; all the drinks you could want. If you are looking for a nice private transfer (esp since most hotels are pretty far from airport); this is it!!!
