Tulum airport to Palmar Beach Resort and Spa Alex was a great host to us while driving. He was waiting right at door 2 and we were immediately taken to our private vehicle and off to the resort. He had cold drinks, interesting stories and made a tour out of the trip as we passed resorts, parks, and restaurants with recommendations included. It was a comfortable ride for 2 in the SUV and overall great experience for our first trip into the new Tulum airport.

Professional service Great service and very professional! Round trip ride from Cancun to Tulum. They were even nice enough to stop at a grocery stores to pick up few things before arriving to our destination. Must book with DLUX for transportation needs.

Safe and Punctual Ride Andres was a wonderful, kind and helpful driver. His vehicle was clean and he had water for us. Andres got us from our hotel in Tulum to the airport safely and on time.

Bachelorette Ride What an incredible experience from beginning to end! David welcomed our bachelorette group on time, even as we were very delayed and had our personalized sign. The service was excellent, and on our ride back our driver was ready at the perfect time and communication was excellent. Great, private transportation in Cancun! My husband and I have traveled to Cancun several times but this was our first time using DLUX Transport. Upon arrival, I realized I mistakenly selected the wrong arrival date for pickup. Alejandro was happy to help and quickly arranged my pickup within 15 mins. Our pickup driver, Octavio, was professional and our drop-off driver, Alex, was prompt and friendly. The vehicles were roomy suvs (Ford Expedition and Cadillac Escalade), well maintained and I will definitely use them again!

LUXURY & SAFE SERVICE 🙂 Alej and Danny were amazing!! I traveled to Mexico solo and they made me feel safe. The SUVs were clean & I typically get car sick so it was nice to ride higher up than the standard transfer sprinter. I will be using them any time I am in Mexico!

Amazing journey! Alex picked us up at the terminals and he prepared beers & water for us! Loving his thoughtfulness.

We were supposed to go straight to the hotel from airport but midway we were a little hungry, so he stopped at a local eatery for us to have a quick bite and the food was fantastic!
