							Reliable and responsive! Very responsive, on time, reliable. Monitored our flight and driver was waiting when we arrived. 

Additionally my party was coming in 2 flights that were originally arriving at similar times. When delays separated the flights, Alejandro quickly adjusted and helped me arrange another van and driver for the latter arriving party! 

Very friendly service and coordination. Will use again!

							Comfortable and reliable travel We used DLUX for a day long tour to Chichen Itza and surrounding area. The driver showed up promptly on time with bottles of water. He was very flexible when we had an emergency and we needed to do an emergency trip to the hospital and was very friendly and professional throughout the day. We even ended up staying longer than the estimated time and he was very accommodating throughout. Our guide/driver was Abenamar—we highly recommend him.

					A hassle free, white-glove experience After a week of having a difficult time with transportation, Dlux provided us with a breath of fresh air. Our driver Alejandro arrived promptly on time (with an upgraded vehicle from what he had booked) and provided us with a comfortable ride on our way out. Next time we visit Mexico we will absolutely be using DLUX transportation services. I cannot recommend them enough.

					Great Service!! Abraham saved us from a terrible drive!!! Drivers in Tulum do a lot of scamming. Abraham is very transparent, helpful, and communicative! He helped us out when we needed it and provided us with his company to assist us for the rest of the trip with great prices!! He also took us to his favorite place for lunch with no extra charge!!

					Your best option for private transfer in Tulum! Alex & Andres were great! Smooth pick up, nice car, and great communication the whole trip. They were even keeping an eye on traffic and reached out to let us know we should leave earlier so as not to miss our flight. Will use Dlux transfers again.

					Safe, comfortable, swift Great communication and driving from Dlux. We used them for our Tulum Airport-Hotel shuttle and Hotel-Cancun transfer. Were able to book online and through WhatsApp when our time looked unavailable. Both times, we were upgraded from a sedan to a Suburban. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

					Comfortable ride We took a car from TQO to Puerto aventuras which is about a 1.5hr drive. The car was new, clean and the staff arrived at the airport with a name plate and was easy to find. The confirmed travel dates and details via whatsapp prior to transport. We drove with Abraham and Alex and both were great!

					Super professional drivers for our large group My friends and I went to Tulum for a bachelorette and we wanted to have transportation for all the activities we had planned.
