Amazing experience with Alex Amazing experience with Alex. What a polite gentleman who catered to our needs from the start to the end. He played amazing music the whole way which was an hour and half so yes it was definitely a fun ride.

Great experience Dany and Andres were both wonderful. Paid $200 round trip from Tulum airport to Tulum centro. The ride was comfortable and both drivers were great.

Perfect for Solo Female Traveler!! As a solo female traveler, I wanted to make sure I had a safe ride for the 2hr trip from Cancun to Tulum. My trip with Daniel from DLUX exceeded all expectations. He was easy to find, with a clear sign that not only had the company logo but also my name 🙂 He asked if I wanted to stop anywhere, but also said he had beer and water - so I was all set for the journey. His English was excellent and we chatted the entire time, which I really enjoyed. He even gave me tips for an upcoming trip I have to Playa del Carmen. Since I was checking in at my hotel in Tulum after hours, he was able to provide all my details to the security staff (who did not speak English). This made my check-in smooth and left me feeling so grateful that Daniel was there to help me on my journey. This was my first time landing in Mexico solo, and it couldn’t have gone smoother! I should also mention that the SUV was very clean (a true testament to Daniel as it does rain a lot here). If you’re a solo female traveller looking for a safe ride to Tulum, look no further!!

Highly recommend DLUX! DLUX Transfer was awesome! Our trip got delayed by over 5 hours, and we had to switch airports last minute. I messaged them on WhatsApp, and they replied right away and had no problem changing our pickup from Tulum to Cancun.

When we finally landed, Alex was right there waiting for us and got us to our resort super quick so we could finally start our vacation.

The ride back to the Tulum airport was just as smooth! They were on time, friendly, and made the whole thing stress-free.
