							Return price wasn’t honored I booked the return trip through WhatsApp and the vendor jacked the price. Not what was quoted on their website. I contacted the vendor and he said he would refund me the $20, he deleted the conversation on WhatsApp, we had already departed and given the driver a nice tip ( not his fault) I booked through WhatsApp because the return trip was not listed through TripAdvisor.

							Incredible start to trip Abraham has been an incredible shuttle driver for our annual girls trip transportation from the Cancun airport to Unico 2087.  He was very informative of what to look out for upon our arrival and very friendly upon greeting us.  He was super responsive to every WhatsApp message he initiated and I sent back.  We are requesting him for our return trip since booked roundtrip with DLux.  Thanks for starting our trip off on the right note.

							Great, private transportation in Cancun! My husband and I have traveled to Cancun several times but this was our first time using DLUX Transport. Upon arrival, I realized I mistakenly selected the wrong arrival date for pickup. Alejandro was happy to help and quickly arranged my pickup within 15 mins. Our pickup driver, Octavio, was professional and our drop-off driver, Alex, was prompt and friendly. The vehicles were roomy suvs (Ford Expedition and Cadillac Escalade), well maintained and I will definitely use them again!

							Best shuttle in Cancun Andres was our driver for our anniversary trip to tulum. He was polite and ready for us at the airport for pick up and then ready in advance for our trip back to the airport. He provided riveting conversation and a safe drive for both rides. It was super easy to book and communication via WhatsApp was extremely easy.

					Great transportation for our honeymoon Alex was great! He arrived on time and sent us a photo of our vehicle so we could find him. He made a few stops for us and gave us recommendations for off resort places to eat and showed is around town foe main attractions before dropping us off. Great experience!

					Greatest transportation ever! Andres was our driver. He welcomed us at gate 4 at Tulum Airport  on time! The car ride was smooth and entertained. Andres is a local, so he is well informed about everything! He speaks fluent English, Spanish among other languages. It was a really pleasure to book with Dlux transfer! We definitely uses again! 					Amazing experience with Alex Amazing experience with Alex. What a polite gentleman who catered to our needs from the start to the end. He played amazing music the whole way which was an hour and half so yes it was definitely a fun ride.

					Highly recommended Escalade transfer Excellent ride in an Escalade with Andres from the airport to our hotel and back to the airport at the end of our trip with Alex.  Both drivers were very friendly and professional.  Highly recommend this company.

					I had wonderful experience with them, service was EXCELLENT. DLux transport employees had excellent service, clean and comfortable vehicles. There was 14 of us i know that can be alot to handle but they were very attentive and patient with us. Also there prices were excellent.I would highly recommend DLUX for your transportation needs through Cancun and Tulum your next vacation.

					Danny was awesome! We used DLUX service for the first time and they were wonderful! So easy to work with, great communication while booking. Danny was our driver and he was friendly, so thoughtful telling us about Tulum during the drive! Clean car, on time and waiting for us! 					5 Star Experience Only good things to say about DLUX and Alex our driver. Easy reservation system and communication on Whatsapp, Had a picture and confirmation of where to go upon landing at the airport. Cars are nice and had water and beer for the ride.

					LUXURY & SAFE SERVICE 🙂 Alej and Danny were amazing!! I traveled to Mexico solo and they made me feel safe. The SUVs were clean & I typically get car sick so it was nice to ride higher up than the standard transfer sprinter. I will be using them any time I am in Mexico!
