Alex is a great driver! Had a ride with Alex from Tulum to Cancun airport and he was timely! The credit card option was convenient and we would be happy to do it again! Especially since there was no running water, electricity, or cell service at our hotel when Alex picked us up.

Transportation to/from Tulum Airport We had a seamless journey from the Tulum airport to our hotel in Tulum city. It was easy to get in touch via WhatsApp and meeting at the airport, and Alex was a great driver!

Friendly driver, clean car, great service! DLUX was amazing from the start. I booked a round trip private SUV transfer through WhatsApp. The communication was very good, great understanding of English. The price was great and the company was even able to get me two drinks from the store that weren’t on the menu. We had Alex as a driver both ways. He was so friendly, gave great recommendations, and was very attentive. We had two different SUVs and they were both clean and updated. I will absolutely book DLUX for my next trip!

Greatest transportation ever! Andres was our driver. He welcomed us at gate 4 at Tulum Airport on time! The car ride was smooth and entertained. Fantastic service We had a great round trip experience with Andres and Alex. We booked the private SUV from Cancun to Tulum and they even stocked my favorite drink for the car ride!
