Great, private transportation in Cancun! My husband and I have traveled to Cancun several times but this was our first time using DLUX Transport. Upon arrival, I realized I mistakenly selected the wrong arrival date for pickup. Alejandro was happy to help and quickly arranged my pickup within 15 mins. Our pickup driver, Octavio, was professional and our drop-off driver, Alex, was prompt and friendly. The vehicles were roomy suvs (Ford Expedition and Cadillac Escalade), well maintained and I will definitely use them again!

Hire Alex!!! Alex was a fantastic driver! He was kind, thoughtful, charismatic, informative, and extremely professional! He was on time, greeted us with cold drinks ( a must have upon arrival in Tulum!) and gave us recommendations and fun facts for our entire trip to the hotel. Please use them, it’s worth it and cheaper than taxis My experience with this company was nothing but great. We have one issue where our driver fell asleep and didnt come get us and we prepaid this company and they refunded us our money without a problem and paid for out taxi we had to get after not getting picked up

A wonderful, friendly ride! We had a WONDERFUL experience riding with Alex! Despite our flight being a bit late then the wait for our checked bag he met us with a smile and friendly demeanor at the Welcome Bar. He took us right to his vehicle, an Escalade, which was clean and very comfortable. He had complimentary water and beverages available and you could control the temperature independently. While the drive to Tulum isn't short, it was a breeze! He even gave us tips and pointed out landmarks along the way. Thank you so much!

Perfect for Solo Female Traveler!! As a solo female traveler, I wanted to make sure I had a safe ride for the 2hr trip from Cancun to Tulum. My trip with Daniel from DLUX exceeded all expectations. He was easy to find, with a clear sign that not only had the company logo but also my name 🙂 He asked if I wanted to stop anywhere, but also said he had beer and water - so I was all set for the journey. His English was excellent and we chatted the entire time, which I really enjoyed. He even gave me tips for an upcoming trip I have to Playa del Carmen. Since I was checking in at my hotel in Tulum after hours, he was able to provide all my details to the security staff (who did not speak English). This made my check-in smooth and left me feeling so grateful that Daniel was there to help me on my journey. This was my first time landing in Mexico solo, and it couldn’t have gone smoother! I should also mention that the SUV was very clean (a true testament to Daniel as it does rain a lot here). If you’re a solo female traveller looking for a safe ride to Tulum, look no further!!
