There was also always refreshments available to us if we needed them. A hassle free, white-glove experience After a week of having a difficult time with transportation, Dlux provided us with a breath of fresh air. Our driver Alejandro arrived promptly on time (with an upgraded vehicle from what he had booked) and provided us with a comfortable ride on our way out. Next time we visit Mexico we will absolutely be using DLUX transportation services. I cannot recommend them enough.

Comfortable and reliable travel We used DLUX for a day long tour to Chichen Itza and surrounding area. The driver showed up promptly on time with bottles of water. He was very flexible when we had an emergency and we needed to do an emergency trip to the hospital and was very friendly and professional throughout the day. We even ended up staying longer than the estimated time and he was very accommodating throughout. Our guide/driver was Abenamar—we highly recommend him.

Excellent service. Alex was very friendly and accommodating. We live off the beaten track and surprisingly he knew just where to go. SUV was nice and clean and everyone liked the music being played. Would highly recommend this company and we will be using them again.

Amazing driver, great experience. Recommended and worth. We had Dlux for our trip from Tulum Beach to Cancun airport. It was a great experience, overall they are really responsive, always helpful for every question that we had. Abraham was an amazing driver, really experienced, he gave us many good tips and information about the country, places to visit, food, everything that you need to know about Mexico. He is an amazing person, fun to talk with, and the overall trip to Cancun didn't feel long with him! I recommend it 100% and Abraham especially.
