Easy comfortable ride to Tulum Alex , our driver, was very courteous, polite & a great driver. Vehicle is comfortable & driver met us on time - we arrived a bit early so we had to reach out - communication was smooth. Cars a bit dated but still nice.

Great transportation for our honeymoon Alex was great! He arrived on time and sent us a photo of our vehicle so we could find him. He made a few stops for us and gave us recommendations for off resort places to eat and showed is around town foe main attractions before dropping us off. Great experience!

Highly recommend DLUX! DLUX Transfer was awesome! Our trip got delayed by over 5 hours, and we had to switch airports last minute. I messaged them on WhatsApp, and they replied right away and had no problem changing our pickup from Tulum to Cancun.

When we finally landed, Alex was right there waiting for us and got us to our resort super quick so we could finally start our vacation.

The ride back to the Tulum airport was just as smooth! They were on time, friendly, and made the whole thing stress-free.

I had a group of 6 girls and we were often late ( don't recommend) but the drivers were so understanding and patient. They gave recommendations and safety tips. Great company, great drivers and reasonable pricing! I would recommend this for anyone traveling to Tulum!

Great employees and professional service! Great service! Highly recommended! My driver William was very knowledgeable made great recommendations for my trip. He was very pleasant and professional! I felt safe and welcomed by them. David made sure to check on me to make sure I wasn’t waiting for transportation and sent me a picture of William prior to meeting him. Additionally my party was coming in 2 flights that were originally arriving at similar times. When delays separated the flights, Alejandro quickly adjusted and helped me arrange another van and driver for the latter arriving party!

I had wonderful experience with them, service was EXCELLENT. DLux transport employees had excellent service, clean and comfortable vehicles. There was 14 of us i know that can be alot to handle but they were very attentive and patient with us. Also there prices were excellent.I would highly recommend DLUX for your transportation needs through Cancun and Tulum your next vacation.

First time in tulum It was a great experience booking with this company. It was secure and safe which was my biggest concern. Very communicative all the way through. My driver was Abenamar and he was amazing. Filled me in where to go , and what to watch out for. Will be booking with them in the future

Excellent Transfer Service - 5 Stars All Around! The transfer from TQO to beachside hotel and then hotel back to TQO was seamless both ways. The communication on Whatsapp was excellent - prompt and concise. Upon arrival our driver met us with a sign. It could not have been easier to find our ride once exiting. On the return from hotel to airport we were picked up on time by Alex who is an excellent driver. The cars are clean, comfortable and the drivers are helpful with bags, on time and efficient. 10/10 will hire again on our next trip to Tulum.

Great start to the holiday Alex met us as we came out of the customs hall with a lovely clear sign, ice cold water and beer for the ride and a good explanation of where we were en route. Very helpful with luggage and bonus recommendations for restaurants and bars as we went through the center of Tulum- a little private tour to start our holiday.

Great, private transportation in Cancun! My husband and I have traveled to Cancun several times but this was our first time using DLUX Transport. Upon arrival, I realized I mistakenly selected the wrong arrival date for pickup. Alejandro was happy to help and quickly arranged my pickup within 15 mins. Our pickup driver, Octavio, was professional and our drop-off driver, Alex, was prompt and friendly. The vehicles were roomy suvs (Ford Expedition and Cadillac Escalade), well maintained and I will definitely use them again!
