							Abraham from DLUX was the best! Abraham was fantastic. He was professional and friendly. Greeted us immediately with a warm smile and grabbed our bags. 							Incredible start to trip Abraham has been an incredible shuttle driver for our annual girls trip transportation from the Cancun airport to Unico 2087.  He was very informative of what to look out for upon our arrival and very friendly upon greeting us.  He was super responsive to every WhatsApp message he initiated and I sent back.  We are requesting him for our return trip since booked roundtrip with DLux.  Thanks for starting our trip off on the right note.

							Great, private transportation in Cancun! My husband and I have traveled to Cancun several times but this was our first time using DLUX Transport. Upon arrival, I realized I mistakenly selected the wrong arrival date for pickup. Alejandro was happy to help and quickly arranged my pickup within 15 mins. Our pickup driver, Octavio, was professional and our drop-off driver, Alex, was prompt and friendly. The vehicles were roomy suvs (Ford Expedition and Cadillac Escalade), well maintained and I will definitely use them again!

					Easy transport Alex was amazing. Very professional, easy to use. Would recommend and will use again. Waiting for us outside of the airport and took us to buy groceries in the way to the resort.

					Private driver for Coba area sightsering. Alix was exceptional. We did a private trip from our resort near Quintaroo to Coba Ruins and a Cenote.  The car was clean and comfortable snd Alux was very attentive driver. Will absolutely be relying on them again in the future.

					Greatest transportation ever! Andres was our driver. He welcomed us at gate 4 at Tulum Airport  on time! The car ride was smooth and entertained. Andres is a local, so he is well informed about everything! He speaks fluent English, Spanish among other languages. It was a really pleasure to book with Dlux transfer! We definitely uses again! 					Safe, comfortable, swift Great communication and driving from Dlux. We used them for our Tulum Airport-Hotel shuttle and Hotel-Cancun transfer. Were able to book online and through WhatsApp when our time looked unavailable. Both times, we were upgraded from a sedan to a Suburban. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

					Great Service! I did a round trip transfer from Cancun airport to my hotel in Tulum. The service for both transfers was great! I was met outside of the airport at the exact location specified. On my return trip, they were very accommodating and were able to pick me up earlier than my initial scheduled pick-up time.  My driver Daniel was very hospitable and a good driver. I felt very safe getting to my destinations. I would definitely recommend their services!

					Highly recommended Escalade transfer Excellent ride in an Escalade with Andres from the airport to our hotel and back to the airport at the end of our trip with Alex.  Both drivers were very friendly and professional.  Highly recommend this company.

					BOOK WITH THEM!!!!! DLUX Transportation was excellent. No matter how packed your itinerary is they work with you. They are promptly on time and don't mind last minute requests. I had a group of 6 girls and we were often late ( don't recommend) but the drivers were so understanding and patient. They gave recommendations and safety tips. Great company, great drivers and reasonable pricing! I would recommend this for anyone traveling to Tulum!

					Transfer to Villa in Tulum Great driver, stopped to let us get refreshments and showed where to eat. Alex was great! He waited for us to get through customs after a 6 hr delay.

					Alex is a great driver! Had a ride with Alex from Tulum to Cancun airport and he was timely!  The credit card option was convenient and we would be happy to do it again! Especially since there was no running water, electricity, or cell service at our hotel when Alex picked us up.

					A hassle free, white-glove experience After a week of having a difficult time with transportation, Dlux provided us with a breath of fresh air. Our driver Alejandro arrived promptly on time (with an upgraded vehicle from what he had booked) and provided us with a comfortable ride on our way out. Next time we visit Mexico we will absolutely be using DLUX transportation services. I cannot recommend them enough.
