							Abraham from DLUX was the best! Abraham was fantastic. He was professional and friendly. Greeted us immediately with a warm smile and grabbed our bags. On the way to the resort he answered our questions and shared great information and recommendations. I would use Abraham and DLUX Transportation any time I’m in Mexico.

							Incredible start to trip Abraham has been an incredible shuttle driver for our annual girls trip transportation from the Cancun airport to Unico 2087.  He was very informative of what to look out for upon our arrival and very friendly upon greeting us.  He was super responsive to every WhatsApp message he initiated and I sent back.  We are requesting him for our return trip since booked roundtrip with DLux.  Thanks for starting our trip off on the right note.

							Great, private transportation in Cancun! My husband and I have traveled to Cancun several times but this was our first time using DLUX Transport. Upon arrival, I realized I mistakenly selected the wrong arrival date for pickup. Alejandro was happy to help and quickly arranged my pickup within 15 mins. Our pickup driver, Octavio, was professional and our drop-off driver, Alex, was prompt and friendly. The vehicles were roomy suvs (Ford Expedition and Cadillac Escalade), well maintained and I will definitely use them again!

					First class airport to resort transportation Luxury first class service from the airport to our Puerto Morales hotel.  Our driver Alex was on time, waiting for us outside with a sign with our name.  Helpful and comfortable drive to our resort.

					Great transportation for our honeymoon Alex was great! He arrived on time and sent us a photo of our vehicle so we could find him. He made a few stops for us and gave us recommendations for off resort places to eat and showed is around town foe main attractions before dropping us off. Great experience!

					Alex is excellent, great service. My wife and I booked the Luxury vehicle, Cadillac SUV. Car was mostly clean. We communicated ahead of time through WhatsApp, Alejandro was easy to work with. Our driver was Alex, he was very nice, patient, helpful with suggestions. He knew some English, we tried some Spanish, it worked. I'd recommend Alex as a driver.

					Great employees and professional service! Great service! Highly recommended! My driver William was very knowledgeable made great recommendations for my trip. He was very pleasant and professional! I felt safe and welcomed by them. David made sure to check on me to make sure I wasn’t waiting for transportation and sent me a picture of William prior to meeting him. Their overall process is wonderful and communication is A+. Cant wait to use their service again!

					Airport transfer to tulum DLUX Tranfer was an excellent experience from beginning to end. We used their services for an airport transfer from Cancun to Tulum. 					Private Transfer to Hard Rock Alex greeted us at the airport and was waiting when we arrived. We quickly loaded into our nice SUV and were off for our resort. Prior to our arrival we were contacted via text and given our arrival information. Everything was easy, quick, and very nice. We will use them again on our next trip to Tulum/Puerto Aventuras. Alex was great and shared fun local facts with us during our drive!

					Airport Transport Alex was our private driver from the hotel to the airport and made the ride smooth and relaxing. The car was clean, the AC was perfectly cool, and the calming music created a peaceful atmosphere. He’s such a nice, professional guy—highly recommend him for a comfortable and stress-free transfer!

					Tulum airport to Palmar Beach Resort and Spa Alex was a great host to us while driving. He was waiting right at door 2 and we were immediately taken to our private vehicle and off to the resort. He had cold drinks, interesting stories and made a tour out of the trip as we passed resorts, parks, and restaurants with recommendations included. It was a comfortable ride for 2 in the SUV and overall great experience for our first trip into the new Tulum airport.

					Danny was awesome! We used DLUX service for the first time and they were wonderful! So easy to work with, great communication while booking. Danny was our driver and he was friendly, so thoughtful telling us about Tulum during the drive! Clean car, on time and waiting for us!
