Tulum to Playa del Carmen Alex met us at the airport and was very polite and knowledgeable. Our ride was from airport to Playa del Carmen, about hour and a half, and it flew by very quickly. The car was clean and comfortable, a nice upgrade from an economy seats in the plane 🙂

Friendly driver, clean car, great service! DLUX was amazing from the start. I booked a round trip private SUV transfer through WhatsApp. The communication was very good, great understanding of English. The price was great and the company was even able to get me two drinks from the store that weren’t on the menu. We had Alex as a driver both ways. He was so friendly, gave great recommendations, and was very attentive. We had two different SUVs and they were both clean and updated. I will absolutely book DLUX for my next trip!

Greatest transportation ever! Andres was our driver. He welcomed us at gate 4 at Tulum Airport on time! The car ride was smooth and entertained. Andres is a local, so he is well informed about everything! He speaks fluent English, Spanish among other languages. It was a really pleasure to book with Dlux transfer! We definitely uses again!
