							Reliable and responsive! Very responsive, on time, reliable. Monitored our flight and driver was waiting when we arrived. 

Additionally my party was coming in 2 flights that were originally arriving at similar times. When delays separated the flights, Alejandro quickly adjusted and helped me arrange another van and driver for the latter arriving party! 

Very friendly service and coordination. Will use again!

							First time in tulum It was a great experience booking with this company. It was secure and safe which was my biggest concern. Very communicative all the way through. 							Comfortable and reliable travel We used DLUX for a day long tour to Chichen Itza and surrounding area. The driver showed up promptly on time with bottles of water. He was very flexible when we had an emergency and we needed to do an emergency trip to the hospital and was very friendly and professional throughout the day. We even ended up staying longer than the estimated time and he was very accommodating throughout. Our guide/driver was Abenamar—we highly recommend him.

					Bachelorette Ride What an incredible experience from beginning to end! David welcomed our bachelorette group on time, even as we were very delayed and had our personalized sign. The service was excellent, and on our ride back our driver was ready at the perfect time and communication was excellent. 					All Good Alex was waiting for me when I arrived at the airport. He is very nice  and courteous, I told him I like reggae music and he gave me his phone so I could select a reggae station, I didn't expect this, his vehicle was nice and clean. I hope he takes me back to the airport when I leave

					VIP Service Alex was a absolute delight  he was very kind and professional. My BF arranged a special treat for our ride to our hotel with champagne and Alex was super patient even when our flight was delayed. 					Alex El Compadre! Alex was an absolute LEGEND!! Picked us up at the airport with a sign so we could find him. He was patient while we waited for our bags and played some bangers on the way to our hotel. Couldn’t have asked for a better driver/host!
